Why I love Veganuary<\/h2>

I became vegan two years ago in Veganuary<\/a><\/u>. I'd been vegetarian for 28 years before that and finally made the step to veganism with Veganuary to help me do it.<\/p>

It took Veganuary for me to make the change because I was terrified I'd fail. However, I thought that if I was just 'trying' it for a month, it would be okay either way.<\/p>

Actually, it was really easy - even though my husband laughed in my face when I told him I wouldn't be eating cheese for a month as I used to have a serious cheese issue.<\/p>

Every year, more and more people around the world are doing the same thing by joining in with Veganuary and making a difference to animals, the planet and their health. Good luck if you're one of them. There's help all around for you if you need it.<\/p>
